What is Breathwork?
Breath ‘work’ is the practice of working on how you breathe. It’s like going to the gym for your lungs. It involves deep, diaphramatic breathing synchronized to the rhythm of music.
During a breathwork session, you consciously change your breathing pattern for a specified length of time. There will also be periods of retention (holding on full or empty lungs).
Breathwork can consist of a variety of breathing techniques and exercises. All of which can be customized according to your body’s specific needs.
As your facilitator, I’ll be modelling the breathing techniques throughout the session and encouraging you to get the most out of your experience.

Giovanni Bartolomeo is my teacher and the founder of Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience. He has been on a journey of self improvement and self discovery for the past 10+ years. In that time he became the first Wim Hof instructor in Canada and has extensively studied many forms of breathwork and other modalities from around the world.
